Leadership influence refers to the ability with which the individual leader can influence others and promote others to realize his or her aim. According to the theory of leader effectiveness, leaders'personal characteristics, behaviors and other factors can directly influence leader effectiveness. Leader influence is a part of leader effectiveness. Studies on leader effectiveness and influence abroad emphasize leaders'power. while influenced by traditional culture, the researcher thinks that Chinese leaders'non-power influence can promote leader influence to a greater extent. In recent years the study on organizational citizenship behavior is a hot issue in the field of western psychology and management. Researches show that there is an obvious relationship between leader effectiveness and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the review of the studies at home and abroad, this thesis measures the leader influence in school from empirical perspective, and explores the relationship between leader influence in school and teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. The research findings are as follows:1. There is an obvious relationship between leader influence and organizational citizenship behavior, and non-power influence can obviously predict organizational citizenship behavior.2. The impacts of non-power influence on teachers'organizational citizenship behavior differs among different teaching and research groups , while the impacts of leadership influence on teachers'organizational citizenship behavior remain the same among these groups.3. Among leaders'variables, the professional title, educational background and teaching years can obvious promote non-power influence and organizational citizenship behavior.
