Research On The Development Of Ningbo Ocean Intangible Cultural Heritage Creative Industry

Ningbo has abundant coastline and bright marine intangible cultural heritage. The preserved cultural treasures is the coastal people’s memory of life and living culture. It is the crystallization of human creativity, imagination, wisdom and labor. It is a vivid display of cultural diversity. Ningbo city has made many efforts and achieved certain results in promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage. But how to realize the inheritance of culture, it is not enough to rely on conventional static protection. It should not just be in Cultural Heritage Museum, archives or inheritance in human memories. In order to realize the live transmission of cultural heritage and let it continue to play a role in daily life and work of today, we must look for new ideas in cultural heritage.With the rise of the creative industry in the world, this industry,which depends on the individual creativity, constantly in the manufacturing and export of contemporary popular cultural products. Through the creative and modern technology, the traditional cultural heritage "cultural reproduction". Based on the essence of the cultural heritage, it is also a kind of inheritance to meet the aesthetic and the needs of contemporary people and create greater cultural market. with the cultural heritage industrialization strategy, South Korea, Japan and other countries promote the modern cultural market prosperity, while also protecting the cultural genes come down in one continuous line.Therefore, this article is about the Ningbo sea of intangible cultural heritage. Through the investigation and analysis, we clarify the situation and problems of cultural heritage protection and development of the ocean, the use of project management methods in the creative industry perspective. This paper explores the suitable model and management strategy for Ningbo marine characteristics of intangible cultural heritage industrialization. On this basis, this paper proposes strategies and suggestions.They include reducing the restrictions of market access, letting the government play a leading force, strengthening financial support, letting the inheritance play the role in the industry and ensuring the successful development for industrialization project management.
