The Research On Residents' Perception Of Heritage Protcion Of Community-oriented Ancient Village Tourism Destination

Ancient village is a carrier of national deep history and rich culture.In recent years,with the booming of ancient village tourism,on the one hand it pours vitality into ancient village community,on the other hand it causes the destruction of heritage resources and makes the ancient village disappear,therefore,it is urgent to make an in-depth study of ancient village.The paper on the basis of summarizing the previous research results,reviewing the community residents as the main part,and reviewing the residents'psychological perception as research perspective, make a further study on protection of heritage of ancient village.It has broaden the research perspective and deepen the study area.The paper is trying to build the theoretical system on protection of heritage of ancient villages and provide some useful results of practical protection system.On the basis of theoretical research and literature statement, from the perspective of residents,combining with the characteristics of ancient village community,building the perceptual index system and perceptual dimensional model of heritage protection,The paper divides residents'perception of heritage protection into six dimensional residents'attachment to the place,the perception of macro measures of heritage protection, the action level of participation in heritage protection,the awareness of self-attitude of heritage protection, the awareness of the relationship between tourism development and heritage protection, and the responsibility of heritage protection.Also,the study extracts the factors that affect the perception of residents as following:Socio-demographic characteristics of residents,the residents'participation of tourism,and the community belonging sense of local residents',the paper put forward the theoretical assumptions.In order to verify the perceptual dimensional model and the theoretical assumptions related to factors,the study selected the typical community-oriented ancient village Zhuge Village of Jinhua,Zhejiang as a case,and collected the first-hand information through questionnaires and interviews.In the end,the paper used the social science statistical software SPSS17.0for descriptive statistics analysis,factor ananlysis,variance ananlysis and correlation ananlysis.Data analysis obtain a more ideal adaptive,therefore basically validate the model and the theoretical assumption.This paper empirical study show that:(1)Residents'perception of heritage protection is a multidimensional concept and complex.(2) There exist overall differences and part consistency of residents'perception about heritage protection.(3)Resident participation in heritage conservation is not hign,and it exists gap between perception of protection.The residents has strong perception of heritage protection,but the participation in heritage conservation is not fully involved,and also has limitation in the content.(4)The awareness of residents on the knowledge of heritage and heritage protection is not high.(5)There exists certain positive correlation on tourism participation and perception of heritage protection.The results from variance analysis can be drawn as following residents' tourism participation in the higher level,more intense sensen of heritage protection.The validation results are in line with theoretical assumptions,and also further improve the perceptual dimensional model and theoretical assumption.In view of this,the paper from the residents'aspects raised the following countermeasures:(1)Increasing participation level in community tourism;(2)Improving the participation mechanism of residents in heritage protection;(3)Attaching importance to the belonging sense of community residents;(4)Pay attention to the education of heritage protection for residents;(5)Do well in the publicity of heritage protection.
