China and Myanmar are friendly neighbors; between the two peoples they have a long-standing friendship. Since ancient times, between the two peoples are commensurate to the brothers(baukpaw). As China's position in the international arena is getting higher and higher, Chinese craze of the various countries in the world have gradually developed, Myanmar is no exception. In this paper, through questionnaires to understand the problems of the tribe of Burma to learn Chinese in Myanmar And analysis of the cause of the problem, proposed solution to the problem.This article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter is the background of Chinese language teaching in Myanmar. Introduces the China-Myamnar bilateral exchanges in all aspects, such as political exchanges, trade exchanges, religious exchanges, etc. And Chinese language teaching in the establishment and development of Myanmar.The second chapter is the main problem of learning Chinese in Mandalay, Burma tribe. This chapter first introduces the general situation of the Chinese in Mandalay and Mandalay Chinese learning institutions.Then from the macro analysis of in all aspects of the Chinese learning institutions to be improved quality of teachers, textbooks, teaching methods, and management issues. Subsequently, the findings of the survey, from the microscopic analysis of the difficulties and problems of Burma tribe learning Chinese language elements (voice, grammar, vocabulary).The third chapter is the results of the survey analysis, Mandalay Burma tribe to learn Chinese countermeasures. This chapter is mainly government agencies and private-sponsored by the Chinese learning institutions, as well as teachers, teachings, suggestions and countermeasures.
