This paper also points out that there are inconsistencies and errors random translation phenomenon on title translation. The paper puts emphasis on the methods for movies and television translation including the general approach and domestication, foreignization methods. The general approach includes literal translation, free translation, transliteration, creative translation. Domestication and foreignization methods are two basic approaches in dealing with Cultural factors. So we can translate the titles under the guidance of domestication, foreignization methods in line with characteristics of simple and vivid, beauty of form, musical beauty, the beauty of artistic conception, harmonious beauty, cultural beauty to ensure that the artistic value and business benefits of film and televisionAs for lines translation, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the lines of film and television which are the popularization, simplicity, character, historic characteristics and instantaneous, restrictive performance characteristics and cultural characteristics. Combining with the instance of translation of Korean movies and television, this paper puts out the movies and television should meet the three requirements which are the faithful content, appropriate language style, appropriate cultural information, proper transmission of cultural information.This paper studies the lines of translation from cultural factors, the screen, mouth, language style. On the translation of the cultural factors, this paper analyzes domestication and foreignization methods from the inherent words, Chinese Words, new words, idioms, salutation, weights and measures, tongue side in korean. Whether the choice of translation method, it should consider the audience's acceptance of the country of destination. Also it needs to consider the translation of pause and action on screen translation. On the mouth translation, needing to pay attention to the mouth opening and syllable length of the translation problems. About the style of language translation, it need to pay attention to two aspects of the spoken word and personalized language translation problems.Finally, the translator, in addition to the above-mentioned methods and techniques should also pay more attention on improving the cultural communicative competence, literary literacy ability to cultivate aesthetic capacity, bilingual writing and creative ability to improve translation level.
