| Folklore is the oral creation of ordinary people, it circulates among the broad masses of the people, mainly reflects the life,minds and sentiments of masses of the people, express the aesthetic standards and Artistic taste of them, folklore has its own artistic characteristics.Among Chinese national culture, the literature and art of Uighur is colorful,varied and graceful. The folk literature works of Uighur glowed with intelligence of minority people. The folktale of the Uighur folk literature works express the soul of a nation in the way of common forms of art. Folktale proverbially and deeply reflects the life and minds of people, it cover and contain everything, and its narrative art is graceful, it has the academic value to seek the profound mystery of this nation humanity, and its also the fruitful soil to nourish the narrative art of ancient and modern Uighur. Among of this, the magic story is one third of the Uighur folktale. The most particular figure of the magic story is fairy maiden and magic girl. The image of fairy maiden and magic girl in these story has the compatible characteristics of literariness,cultural and aesthetic nature. This dissertation according to the theory of narratology, use the literary research method, and starting from the cross point of multi-disciplinary, analyze and study the figure image and cultural phenomenon that related to theme. This dissertation firstly inquire into the origin and development of fairy maiden in Uighur folktale, then mainly analyze and elaborate the characteristics of angel and fairy maiden of Islam, it also analyze and compare the difference between fairy maiden and magic girl.This dissertation classify these folktale in different of view from the view of story taxology. The fairy maiden and magic girl in these story act as leading role and support role, most of them is leading role in story, and this dissertation also enumerate those story that fairy maiden act as leading role and support role. These folktale can be divided into different kind of story based on the difference of storyline.The analyze of the figure and mythological image that relate to fairy maiden and magic girl is the material part of this dissertation, these image include male leading role,brutal king,greedy rich man,evil,devil, witch,magic item.This dissertation combine the culture,theory and works together to study and strive to make overall analyze and introduction, in the way of combination of narrative and discussion, it illustrate the theoretical problems by works. Fairy maiden and magic girl is the image that with very long history, It might be my honour that if this dissertation can make contribution for the study of Uighur folktale. |
