Learning burnout is the focus of educational research and teachers'attention for decades, this research will be defined as, because of courses load, courses pressure or other psychological factors in the learning process, students would show the state of emotions depletion, a passive attitude to study and low learning achievement. It has an important influence to the student's study and life, and it has an unfavorable effects on the student s'study, especially for the junior high school students under long-term heavy burden of study. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the pressure of junior high school students, the response to methods and learning burnout, understand the level of learning burnout of the junior high school students in rural areas, and learning the study pressure how to affect on learn burnout, hope to dig out the corresponding mechanism, to provide a reference for the junior high school students to prevent and ease of learning burnout effectively.This article contains three research system, to learn the characteristic of learning burnout and the relationship between learning burnout, the pressure of study and coping style. Research1is the foundation of a throughout the study,it is put forward based on Maslach burnout questionnaire and ZhuYan middle school students learning burnout questionnaire, revised a questionnaire for rural junior high school students.on the one hand, it can enrich and develope the research tool for junior high school students, but also laid a foundation for the research. In a foundation of Research1, the second research would analyse the differences of the students'learning burnout and three dimensions in gender, grade, learning achievement and students cadres, through the quantitative study of the influence of the population variable to learning burnout. Research3, on the basis of the research2,is to study the characteristics of students at different level of learning pressure and the coping style and the interaction of coping style between the study pressure and learning burnout in further.This paper woule discusses the relationship between the three factors, so as to explore the effective educational measures to prevent and ease of learning burnout for junior high school students. The main conclusions of the three research are as follows:1,The structure of learning burnout comprise emotional depletion, negative attitude and low achievement, the structure of the revision "the questionnaire of middle school students learning burnout" is clear.It has good reliability and validity.2, There exist certain degree of learning burnout in the rural junior middle school students. Learning burnout level has significant differences in gender, grade, student cadre and study result. The level of learning burnout of the boys is significantly higher than the girls. Look from the development trend, learning burnout in the junior middle school stage showed a rising trend, the leval of grade9is the highest. As a student cadre,the level is significantly below the level of the students who are not a student cadre. And the level of learning burnout increased with the decline of study result.3, Students at different levels of study pressure have significant differences in overall score and emotional depletion, negative attitude dimension of learning burnout,but no significant difference in low achievement on dimension. That is the higher level of learning pressure,the higher level of learning burnout, the level of burnout of the students with lower pressure is lower.4, Students with different coping style (Problem solving and seeking for help) have extremely significant difference in the overall score and three dimensions of burnout. Different levels of Fantasy of have significant difference in learning burnout and emotional depletion and negative attitude dimension, while in low achievement dimensions have no significant difference. There is extremely remarkable differences in learning burnout and low sense of achievement and negative attitude of two groups of endurance, but emotional depletion has no significant difference at significant level. The differences of two coping styles(avoid and vent) of learning burnout and three dimensions have not reached significant level. 5, study pressure and learning burnout have significantly positive correlation; The coping styles(problem solving, fantasy, seeking for help, endurance) and learning burnout are related, but vent and learning burnout was negatively correlated; problem solving,fantasy and study pressure have significant positive correlations, but vent is negatively related to the pressure.6, the study pressure and coping styles could pridict the level of learning burnout, and problem solving could mediate between the study pressure and learning bounout.
