As a common phenomenon existing in our life,weariness plays a important role on junior middle school students,It is significant to strengthen the relationship between weariness and learning psychology. Learning Burnout is due to so much pressure that students are tired of negative attitudes and behaviors about learning. Self-consistency refers to individual adjust oneself to make oneself and experience, others and the environment coordinated process. Emotional resilience is a emotional ability,it can generate positive emotions and recover quickly from negative emotional experiences.In this study, a city in henan province, conducted a survey of 600 junior middle school students, then using questionnaire select 201 participants. Use appropriate statistical analysis software, examined the investigation and analysis of junior middle school students learning burnout difference conditions;Discusses the junior middle school students learning burnout, self-consistency and the relationship between emotional resilence.The research obtained the following results:First,rate of inspection of junior middle school students with weariness is 33.5%,rate of inspection accounted for 7% of the total rate of inspection of severe weariness,rate of inspection accounted for 54.7% of the total rate of inspection of mild weariness,rate of inspection accounted for38.3% of the total rate of inspection of averageweariness.Second,junior middle school students with weariness has differences in studying achievement. the top students are worse than the average student,and the bottom students are worse than the top student.Third,the learning burnout of junior middle school students has differences in gender,grade,weather or not class cadres,weather or not one-child family and census register.Fourth,learning burnout was significant negatively correlated with self-consistency and emotional resilience,and self-consistency was significant positively correlated with emotional resilence.Fifth,emotional resilience played a partial mediating effect between Self-consistency and learning burnout.
