Research On Absence Of Women's Rights And Protection Of Rural In Civil Norms

Civil norms as a social control mechanism, is often used in dispute resolution and recognition of de facto rights and obligations.Civil norms in China's vast rural society plays an important role in people maintain a certain region the normal order of life. However, in some remote mountainous areas, the concept of gender equality is still conservative, and even civil norms of discrimination against rural women still exists, this paper attempts to use gender analysis, review the existing norms of civil trial sex discrimination in order to better protect the country legitimate rights and interests of women.Based on the interpretation of civil norms and gender analysis based on the general theory, through the civil norms of gender discrimination exists in the scan, explore the causes of lack of rural women's rights, building civil norms which proposed the protection path of the initial ideas of women's rights.Article is divided into four parts. First, from today the emergence of some civil norms of gender discrimination against rural women's issues, leads to the purpose and significance of this study.The first part introduces the civil norms and gender analysis of the general theory of gender analysis and protection of the rights of women, the advantages are described.The second part of the civil norms in the rural women's political, economic, lack of marriage and family rights and other aspects of the phenomenon of a simple description.The third part, for the civil norms of gender discrimination exists, this article from the history, culture, geographical environment and legal system of four areas, analyze the cause of civil rights norms in the absence of the causes of rural women.The fourth part describes people in rural women's rights in the absence of standardized performance and cause analysis, based on the awareness of this paper, system, discusses the organizational level, how to eliminate gender discrimination in the civil norms.
