Civil Society And Citizen Participation

The concept of"civil society"by western scholars is to study of the theory category of western society, This theory is not only for the ultimate development and western society practical ways to choose to have important influence on China's development, and have an enlightening role to china's development. earnest study will have important significance. Civil society in China starts lately, and the development is slow, but with the reform and opening especially the introduction of market economy, civil society in China obtains a long-term development: citizens of diversification of interests caused the attention and the chase, the interests of the participation of awakening, and the persons with independent property together began to demand a voice, actively participate in social politics, economy, culture life to express rights , however, as the development of society , at the same time, it also appeared a series of contradictions and conflicts, such as social justice issues, the corruption problem and so on, affecting on our country's harmonious society, how to solve these problems is the real problem before us. This paper is to begin with the growing of Chinese characteristics, analyzing of civil society in China, aiming at the existing conditions of the existence of social problems, and eventually got the necessity of citizen participation, and on this basis, this paper expounds the citizen participation in reality, the way as well as participation in specific ways to our social healthier, fairness, harmonious development providing the important tools.
