Therefore, it's very beneficial for us to have an in-depth study in officer property declaration system.This paper is to research the property declaration system from the perspective of administrative ethics. This paper is divided into three parts.Part I: The main theories in this article were involved in the introduction. Public officers as representatives of public power and social status of people decided to double its property is bound to declare by public officials bound by the system. Pilot areas and created a property declaration system implemented in the first of its kind in China, for the perfection of the experience accumulated property declaration system.Part III:Through the study of the ethical significance of property declaration system for public officials,we come to the following conclusions of several aspects ultimately.There is a kind of ethical justification for the existence of the officer property declaration system,which is good for the public power to achieve the goals of the public interest from the perspective of social ethics.Besides, it's good for the honest administration from the perspective of the moral influence of public officials.In this sense,the officer property declaration system will be more conducive to promot social justice.
