The Study On Evaluation Of Hebei Province E-government Public Satisfaction

In this paper, based on e-government and public satisfaction theory literature analysis, the public satisfaction has been redefined from the perspective of public service e-government concept; the survey model of e-government public satisfaction has been established. By designing the questionnaire, the revising questionnaire, research data required by the official investigation, and on this basis, analysis the statistical, the e-government public satisfaction has been calculated by structural equation model, based on the final results of the analysis, make the overall evaluation and suggestions to e-government construction in Hebei Province.Study found that:(1) The integrated score of e-government public satisfaction in Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Chengde is 73.86. (2)In influence public expectations of the three variables can be measured, the public the convenience of e-government and quality of service expectations is the highest index of the indicator. (3) The perceived quality of e-government and public participation in public satisfaction are significantly affected. (4) The public satisfaction of e-government with image and public confidence in the government significant influence. (5) In two variables can be measured which affect the image of the government,the government websites of public oversight and complaints channels open than that of the government's handling of public opinion and feedback effects on the image of the government are more significant.The results show that:the public show high satisfaction to e-government services of the three cities with Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Chengde, and further analysis show that as a whole public satisfaction with e-government in Hebei Province is rather high. Most people on the current demand for e-government mainly in the functional requirements, the requirements of individual demand are not high. At the same time, perceived quality, public participation, public satisfaction, image of the government and the public trust exists is significance. The results have a certain reference value for e-government construction and development in Hebei provinces.
