Research On The Influence Factors Of Public Satisfaction Of "Internet+Government Service"

For the past few years,the application of the Internet has gained popularity.Modern information technologies,such as cloud computing,big data,internet of things and web 3.0,have achieved fast development.Combining the Internet with different field to bring its advantages into full play has become the new mode of promoting industrial transformation and development.In the field of public service,the popularization of Internet information technology represents that the development of government service has entered into advanced stage.Our country follows the principle of ’public oriented’ to establish service-type government,gives great impetus to Internet+government service and builds government portal websites,government Weibo,government WeChat and government applications as the online platforms of network politics,information disclosure and interaction between the public and government,which play an important role in safeguarding public’s right to know,making them convenience to handle business and reducing the cost of administrative service.As the service object of Internet+government service,the public’s degree of satisfaction relates to the quality and effect of service.As a result,doing research on satisfaction assessment and its influencing factors to Internet+government service from the perspective of the public has important practical significance to improve the quality of public service and service ability of the government.The construction level of Suzhou’s Internet+government service comes out the top of our country.So,it has representativeness to some extent.For convenient survey and measurement,the study chose the citizens which have lived in Suzhou for a longtime as the research object,to study their total satisfaction assessment of Suzhou’s present Internet+government service platforms.Based on foreign and domestic literature about e-government service,Internet+government service and public satisfaction,the study identifies the research variables,including public expectation,system quality,information quality,service quality,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,trust of government,trust of the Internet and public satisfaction according to relevant theories,establishes the research model and puts forwards the research hypothesis.Then,the study collects research data through questionnaire survey and uses SPSS software to do data analysis.Meanwhile,the study uses AMOS software to draw structural equation model to examine the fitting degree between research data and hypothesis model,modifies the model according to the fitting results,on which base analyzing the acting path and its intensity of different variables to the public satisfaction,and proposes specific developing suggestions.
