The Survey On Improving Public Satisfaction Of Government Service Center In G District Of Suzhou

Government Service Center of Local government,the product occurs when building a service-oriented government in China,a new type of government administrative operation system,also a main entity platform for local government to face the public.As an important area of service-oriented government construction,Government Service Center should evaluate the effectiveness of its service-oriented government construction.The public satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the construction of service-oriented government.It is necessary to enrich the theory of building a service-oriented government.Based on the theory of public satisfaction research at home and abroad,this thesis takes the public satisfaction of Government Service Center in G District of Suzhou as the research object,and uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to obtain the main affecting factors of public satisfaction of Government Service Center in G district of Suzhou,and the influence degree of each factor on the public satisfaction of Government Service Center in G district of Suzhou is also obtained through correlation analysis and regression analysis.Combined with the problems mentioned in the interview,this thesis points out the problems reflected in the public satisfaction evaluation of Government Service Center in G district of Suzhou,analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward some countermeasures.
