The Credibility In The Crisis Management Of Local Governments Study

With economic development, the trends of political democratization, people around the world on government's ability to put forward higher requirements. In China, the reform measures as drastic manner, so that the entire society is in profound transition period of history, gathering all kinds of social conflicts leading to social groups, the increasing incidence of sudden and frequent various public crisis the government's administrative capacity-building face serious challenges. Crisis management in local government is the most direct and most important, the most powerful crisis management body, local government crisis management, inefficient or ineffective, will lead to public questioning of the government administration, weakening the credibility of local government.In my paper, I use the method of empirical analysis and theoretical study of combining the credibility of local government analysis of the situation, described the performance of local governments lack credibility and explore the reasons for lack of credibility of local government, the capacity of local government aspects of crisis management made in crisis management to strengthen the credibility of the local government's proposed measures.To ensure the paper's objective, fair and comprehensive survey on the credibility of the government by analyzing the present situation, intervene in the internal political reasons analysis principal-agent analysis, external political, economic, social, multi-level analysis.
