In the trend of globalization, more and more nations involve in the regional integration. After more than half a century of exploration, regional integration has gradually developed into an effective approach that promotes interstate cooperation and accelerates the process of globalization. As the most wonderful regional cooperation organization in the world, EU has very important exemplary role and radiation effect that either the speed and depth of European economic and political integration, or the perfect degree of institutionalization and the normative strength of operating mechanism. At present, delving into the continuous development and improvement of European mechanism cooperation has the profound realistic significance. This is the reason that selects mechanism cooperation as the research perspective of this paper.Introduction, briefly introduces the backgrounds and significance of the selected topic, research review, theoretical tools, research methods and difficult, key, creative points.Part one, firstly analyses the related concepts of mechanism, international mechanism and institutional.
