The Research Of Community Correction System

Execution socialization is the inevitable trend of social development, community correction as the execution of an important measure of social and concern, the Western developed countries in their community correction earlier, theoretical studies have matured. The correction of the theoretical research community was still weak, there are many problems in practice.In this paper,form the concept of community correction, basic features,and essential attribute basic theory, with community correction home and abroad, the historical process and the development of specific practice, to explore the necessity of the implementation of community corrections, reasonable and feasible.At the same time all over the country from a practical point of view of community correction on the work of the achievements and problems of in-depth analysis.On this basis, From the mechanism of improvement, construction and other aspects of the concept of Community Corrections building some rationalization measures and suggestions.The paper is fallen into 4 chapters:The first part is the basic theory of community corrections, primarily on the concept of community corrections, and community features of the concept of emergence and development of correction are outlined,and emphasis on the need for community correction, rationality and feasibility; The second part describes the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan three countries the legislative status of Community Correction, after analysis and comparison of advantages and disadvantages, of which the place is worth and learn from them are summarized;The third part is the object of Community Correction conducting research focuses on the work of community correction in Henan Province, and to point out that the current problems in experimental work; The fourth part is the most important part of this article, comparing the domestic and international legislation and practice in community corrections based on our Reconstructing the community correction system specific ideas put forward, including the construction of the social basis of community correction system, reform and improve the community corrections legislation and improving institutional settings and community corrections staff composition, and explore effective ways to strengthen community correction supervision of correction management.
