Handwriting is the symbols of the image system forms the report of writing people writing skills, habits and personality, psychological text through the writing practice activities, and it has some relevance to writing person's personality.By researching of characteristics and regularity of the handwriting of, we can get the analysis of personality, psychological and behavior style characteristics of the writing people, such a special psychological analysis technique is called graphoanalysis. The research and application of graphoanalysis technology in foreign countries is more extensive,but in our country, the research stats late, the field is relatively narrow, application scope and degree also needs to be expanded and strengthen.Graphoanalysis has a great value in judicial practice, with graphoanalysis we can depict the psychological character and behavior offenders way to provide clues investigation of cases, and at the same time, in the diagnostic handwriting authenticity, preventing crimes, transformatiingthe prison, etc can also play a role. At present, the graphoanalysis in domestic judicial practice, but already up-and-coming applies for graphoanalysis to judicial practice research also relatively lags behind,The studies in western of this is worth using for reference, but because the difference between eastern and western handwriting and personality differences ,its findings may refer to a reduced degree. Therefore, this article, from the Angle of empirical data research, discusses the relationship between the handwriting and personality, and analyzed the handwriting in judicial practice application methods and value.The paper is composed of four parts.The first part mainly probes into the connotation of the concept of graphoanalysis and research value. In combination with the concept of handwriting, based on the relation of the three concep:handwriting learning, handwriting identification, graphoanalysist,get the connotation of graphoanalysis. According to the characteristics of the expression of personality handwriting handwriting characteristics and relatively stable reproducibility or regularity, analyzes the principle of graphoanalysis theory. Briefly introduced the handwriting analyzing current in the judicial practice using less reason, and in judicial practice graphoanalysis, it is concluded that the application value of this study theme to have the important meaning.The second part is a brief review about the domestic and foreign research and application of graphoanalysis technology . Including foreign handwriting analysis technology research and results,and practical application situation,the origin thought of graphoanalysis in our country ancient , and research results and practical graphoanalysis using situation in recent years.The third part mainly Explore the relationship between handwriting and writing one gender, personality through empirical study. Experiment observed handwriting of 60 students , Selectedand quantificated a series of handwriting characteristics, and then the quantized treatment with these be tried in EPQ personality test scores found, so explore the relationship between handwriting and gender,handwriting one personality. The conclusion includes three parts:handwriting characteristics of gender differences, male handwriting features and personality relations, female handwriting characteristics and personality relations. The fourth part mainly expounds the method and use of graphoanalysis in judicial practice. The graphoanalysis method in accordance with the procedure described mainly includes three aspects: the first one is the source and requests of graphoanalysis materials, the second one is the steps and method of graphoanalysis, the theird one is the formation of graphoanalysis opinions.
