Being a signified method in western politics research, politi-cal communication approach provides new methodology to Chinese political research. Network Politics is the frontier subject of China s politics; moreover, Network Political Interaction is the frontier problems in the subject. In recent years, "Network Political In-teraction" plays more and more important role in real political life. In order to promote its healthy development, we need to sort out it.In this thesis, political communication research method is a-dopted to analyze the problems occurring in "Network Political In-teraction".Firstly, the birth of western political communication theory is introduced and its analyzing angle is summed up. Based on the frame of Lass well's theory of political communication, a simple analysis model is established. With the application of this model to analysis the practice of "Network Political Interaction".Secondly, the history and current situation of the "Network Political Interaction" is described in this article. This paper ar-gues that" "Network Political Interaction" in China has underg-one four stages:preparation, beginning, development, steady progress. The characteristics of the various stages of development are also evluationed.Thirdly, after discussing the rising reason of the "Network Political Interaction", the main problems and the function of the "Network Political Interaction" are dug out. This paper argues that technology, the process of democratic, the need of making scientific decisions, the highlight of social contradictions and the growing ranks of the Internet users are the reasons for the rise. Supervising public power, promoting decision-making more sci-entific, processing the democratic, maintaining social stability and building a service-oriented government are all the function of " Network Political Interaction".Furthermore, this tissue analyses the limit of " Network Po-litical Interaction" from three aspects:the coverage of folks is lim-ited, the institutionalization of it is inadequate and the internal operating mechanisms of it. Last but not the least, a couple of feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to im-prove " Network Political Interaction". This paper suggests that should the following three aspects:first, to promote information technology, and expand the mass base of " Network Politics Inter-ation". Second, to improve the internal operation mechanism of "Network Politics Interation". Third,to strengthen the institution-alization of building of " network in politics".
