A Study On Influence Of China's Network Political On Citizens' Political Participation And Governance

Along with the popularization of Internet,the exercise of the rights of citizens and the communications to government becomes simple and quick in China.This new route with network media is called “network politic”.It has strong influence on citizen political participation as a new route.Network politic should be a new method to improve service levels of our government with which citizens could exercise their rights in getting information,impressing opinions,supervising and participating in governance through network.They could also communicate with the relevant departments on the interests of the citizens to safeguard their legitimate rights through this method.The classification of the form of network politic is based on initiative degree and characteristics of subjects: Citizens' active participation,Government's initiative to publish,and Interaction between citizen and government.This study started with the development and the form of network politic,analyzed its characteristics and advantage on diversity,openness,economy,convenience and influence,compared with traditional methods.It introduced the present situation of network politic,analyzed empirically on the developing process and situations of network platform politic and micro-blog politic.Through our network in the status quo political development of empirical analysis,combined with theoretical knowledge,and gradually sort out our network in influence politics on the political participation of citizens,including the smooth flow of political channels,improve politics aging,promote political interaction,reduce politics threshold,Forced openness in government affairs and other positive effects,the moment there is also easily lead to unequal rights of citizens in politics,blind-sided information dissemination,citizen advice inability to concentrate,and asked the political imbalance in the field of Internet users lack rigorous proposal and other issues,thus problem-boot network of political sound development of control measures,including the strengthening of the rule of law network in the area of governance,enhance the network of political collect feedback capabilities,improve online government disclosed comprehensive ability,advocate users civilization strict responsibility in politics,promote network of political and other forms of political co-development.No matter network politic or other methods,the purpose is to make citizens much more participate in social governance,to empress their opinions much more convenient,to safeguard their legitimate rights much more effectively.In this direction,we should balance effective politic methods promote.Traditional politic methods have already had perfecting systems so that the point for the development of network politic is to find a positive way,combine and complement with other forms.For this purpose,it calls for citizens' active participation,government's guidance and the concern of the community.This study is to understand and analyze the influences in view of political culture and development in political theory and put forward further measures.It would provide reference for the sound development of the network politic in our country.
