| Our country is under the background of social transformation period. Owing to the politics transformation not keep up with the economic transformation, labor rights violations caused by the incident after another, affecting social harmony and stability. Purpose of this paper is based on labor rights protection as the center, with our country's economic, social reality in social transformation, and the impact to workers and by analyzing the transformation period's performance against the rights and interests of workers and causes, and learn from the experience of laborers protection of market economy countries, Discusses laborers rights and interests of our country during social transformation period.First of all, the chapterⅠanalyzes the content,characteristics of social transformation, and the impact on laborers, described the research significance and research methods.
