| Now our country is under the background of overall transformation from planned economy to market economy. Because of the inharmony between the economic transformation and the politics transformation, especially the lack of effective law mechanism on adjusting labor relations, the rights and interests of laborers have been violated badly. The social transformation progress and the sustaining economy development have also been affected. The aim of this paper is to discuss the law mechanism on laborers protection during transformation period by centralizing the protection of laborers, considering the china-west history of laborers protection and the reality of Chinese government, economy and society, and using for reference from the international labor standards and the laborers protection experience of market economy nations.Firstly, from section one to section three, I respectively make a textual research on the china-west history of laborers protection, and compare one characteristic with another. Then I analyze the characteristic of laborers protection in Transformation Period, point out the influences on laborers status caused by economic transformation and globalization, and simply narrate the international standardization of laborers protection, it's meaning and effect to China.Secondly, in the fourth section, I summarize the current situation of our country's laborers protection. Then emphatically analyze the pulse of violation behaviors to laborers from three main aspects, which are violated field, violated main bodies and violation content, and analyze the reasons, which caused violation behaviors.Finally, in the fifth section, I deeply think the law protection on laborers during Transformation Period, and make a few advices on building a law mechanism, which are that we should build up a new concept of harmonious and lasting labor relation, perfect the labor legislation, strengthen the supervision on labor law execution, and fully exert the function of labor union.
