The Research On The System Construction Of Civil Servants' Property Declaration

Nowadays, corruption has become a global social issue that undermines the public interest of social group. In the major period of rapid development of economic and acceleration of social transition, various contradictions are incline to exacerbation, and market economic circumstance breeds corruption more easily. As evidenced by the international experience,civil servant properties declaration system is a powerful tool to curb corruption. Thereful,it has on the top agenda to establish civil servant properties declaration system with Chinese characteristics and curb corruption to realize social equity in the near future.The first chapter describes the purposes,meaning,methods,trends and states of this research, analyzes some relevant concepts, and also gives a introduction of research methods and spark of innovation. The second chapter focuses on the introduction of the civil servant property system itself including its theoretical basis,constituent elements and function. The third chapter mainly describes the development states of the system in our country involving the tracking and analysis of some pilot cases in local fields, and sums up the experience to find the defects and general problems.with a foucs on the the applicability of the system in the current status. On the basis of earlier chapters, the fourth chapter makes further exploration on the drawbacks that affect and limit the development of civil servant property experience,which is helpful to the improvement of our system. from listing,comparising and analyzing the content of its foreign counterpart, In the final chapter, on the basis of some relevant reearch, we analyze the pilot cases in some fields, accompanied with the comparison of foreign civil property system,and give some systematic concrete and practicable suggestions aiming to provide some theoretical and practical guidelines for the development of civil property system in our country.
