Researches On The Predicaments And The Countermeasures Of The Establishment Of The Properties Declaration System In China

In recent years,with the deepening development of the anti-corruption construction in China,people of all sectors of the community hopes to strengthen the construction of anti-corruption system,formulate and implement the public servants’ properties declaration system of China as soon as possible.As a result of the establishment of this system in China started late,in theory and in practice there are many problems to be solved,the study on this aspect is very urgent.This dissertation elaborated the connotation of the public servants’ properties declaration system,reviewed the progress of the establishment of the public servants’ properties declaration system in China,dissected several normative documents about the public servants’ properties declaration system of China,as well as the specific practices of Xinjiang,Aletai and other places where piloted the public servants’ properties declaration system,analysed the predicaments and its reasons of the establishment of the public servants’ properties declaration system in China,summed up the referential significance of the public servants’ properties declaration systems of the United States,France,and South Korea.In view of the predicaments of China,draw lessons from foreign experiences,this dissertation presents perfective pathes of the establishment of the public servants’ properties declaration system in China.
