Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Youth Social Organizations Belonging To The Communist Youth League Of City J Participating In Community Governance

The principal contradiction facing Chinese society has become that between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.In order to meet the diversified needs of the residents,the government as a single subject of social governance has appeared powerless situation.Projected to the grassroots level,community party committees and neighborhood committees are short of staff,means and coverage in community governance.Based on this background,it is imperative for social organizations to participate in community governance.As a special category of social organizations,youth social organizations show infinite vitality in community governance because most of their participants and service objects are young people.They are an important force to promote community governance,and their ability and level to participate in community governance have also become the focus of attention.It is undeniable that under the guidance of the Communist Youth League youth social organizations have played a great role in community governance in recent years,and achieved achievements such as meeting the diverse needs of residents,promoting community harmony and stability,and expanding community governance methods.However,there are still some deficiencies when they participate in social governance.The study of these deficiencies is very important to improve the level of social organizations participating in community governance.Through reading literature,the author,as a youth corps committee staff in J city,founds that the existing research on social organizations and the youth social organizations is not accurate to the scope of this small group belonging to the youth social organizations and the results are mostly based on the first and second tier big cities,which is different from the actual situation of small cities.Therefore,it is necessary to take J City,a county-level city,as the research object to provide a new reference for youth social organizations to participate in community governance.Under the guidance of governance and good governance theory,new public service theory and service-oriented government theory,this paper takes 15 youth social organizations belonging to youth league in J City as the research object and conducts research through literature research,investigation and case analysis method.Through the research,it is found that youth social organizations involved in community governance are also faced with practical problems such as ability dilemma,role dilemma and industry dilemma.In order to further strengthen the construction of youth league social organizations and enhance their ability to participate in community governance,the author comprehensively analyzes the root causes of these problems,and proposes ways to strengthen the construction of their own organization,the construction of hub platform and the support of the party and government,so as to promote the growth of youth league social organizations.
