Preferential Treatment Needs Analysis And Countermeasures

The special care work, can be literalized by "preferential treatment" and "compensation". This policy is established by the government and the whole society, and aims to materially provide special treatment and compensation to those and their family, who have sacrificed or made great contribution to protecting the safety of the nation and the interest of people.Our country has long history of special care work policy. No matter what period the society located, the revolutionary wartime or the peaceful construction time, making this policy work well has profound effort and important meaning to consolidate the construction of army and national defense, to promote the development of economy, to maintain the stableness of society, and to structure a harmonious society. Therefore, governments at all levels of our country pay great attention to this policy. However, for the past few years, the degree of satisfaction of special-care recipient to the special-care work is not so acceptable.This essay takes the HongKou district in Shanghai as an example, makes comprehensive analysis and comparison of the special-care recipients'actualities of requirements and satisfaction condition, through such research approach as literature search, analysis of cases, and questionnaire survey, which may apply "the Maslow's Hierarchy of Need Theory", and analyses from five need aspects:physiological needs, security needs, social belonging needs, respect needs and self-needs.Meanwhile, the influencing factors and forming causes of human needs have been explained by combing the Marxist philosophy, public administration, sociology and other theoretical points of view. Moreover, the individual and environmental elements, which can cause impact on the recipients, has been thoroughly researched and analyzed.On this basis, the reason why the recipients were not satisfied can be explained, and certain measures have been proposed to improve the special-care work and the recipients'satisfaction according to the research results. These research results provide a certain number of practical and feasible measures to solve the current bottleneck lying the special-care work.
