An Analysis Of China's Home-based Care For Aged From The Perspective Of Wisdom Community

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,all aspects of our country's society have been developing rapidly.At the same time as it has developed,some social problems have also arisen.Among them,the aging of the population has become an extremely prominent problem.It is affecting the process of social development in our country and has brought about social development in our country.The severe problem also brings some opportunities.As one of the earliest cities in China to face the ageing population problem,Nanjing has reached an average level of aging population in the west country.The traditional old-age care services can no longer meet the growing needs of the elderly.Under the background of “wisdom community” construction,it is urgent to explore the wisdom of community home-based care for the elderly,provide elderly people with more comfortable old-age care services,and study the intelligent old-age care services that use smart technologies for elderly care services.The purpose of the smart home care service is to provide better service to the elderly.It is an overall system design that encompasses the government,society,and family.It is an innovative pension service model and an important measure to provide low-cost care for the elderly.It is a perfect society.The only way for the pension service system.Based on the above background,this paper investigates the smart home care services in Gulou District,Nanjing,and finds out the problems existing in the practice of home-based care for the elderly in Gulou District,analyzes existing problems,and combines the current situation in Nanjing City and China.The situation and influencing factors put forward corresponding solutions.Apart from the introduction part,this article is divided into five parts: The first chapter introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the wisdom community's home-based care for the elderly,and provides a theoretical basis for the further writing of the paper.The second chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the development of home-based care services for the smart community in China.The third chapter investigates the smart home-based elderly care services in Nanjing,understands the basic situation of the elderly community care service in Shenyang,and points out the difficulties and problems in its development.The fourth chapter introduces and draws on the useful experience of the development of home-based care services for smart communities in Germany,the United States,and Japan.The fifth chapter draws relevant conclusions based on the above analysis,and proposes related countermeasures for improving the home-based care services for smart communities.
