With the rapid economic development of China, people are facing moreand more"wealth confusions"while enjoying increasingly abundant wealth. As it is of great significance to personal happiness as well as nationalprosperity, people's view of wealth is well worth deep exploration. This thesis probes into Marx view of wealth from philosophicalperspective, consisting of five chapters apart from introduction. It beginswith analysis of Marxist view of wealth essence: wealth is an object withrich connotations which can meet human's demands; wealth is product ofhuman's labor, and humanization, culture, civilization, production capability, property and interest are wealth in different context. Then in the secondchapter, Marx view of wealth value is presented: wealth is necessaryprerequisite and means for human to survive and develop in a free andall-round way; material cause, efficient cause, final cause and formal causewhich promote the historical progress are all closely related to wealth; the measure of wealth is labor-time which bears different meaning in differentperiod of history. The third chapter introduces Marx view of wealthgeneration: humanized nature, labor and means of production arerespectively the first, active and direct source of wealth generation. Itexplains that there is profound dialectical relationship among the fourproduction links of wealth generation, namely production, distribution, exchange and consume. The fourth chapter lays emphasis on Marx'sthinking of alienation and sublation of wealth: in class society, particularlyin capitalist society, human is in a state of alienation under the control andgovernment of wealth, while communism advocates the sublation of wealthalienation. The fifth chapter discusses the enlightenment of Marx view ofwealth: we should foster overall and sustainable view of wealth which ispeople-oriented; we should complete the system of wealth distribution; weshould not addicted to wealth in pursuing it, and make it and make use of itin proper ways.
