Wealth is a dynamic product generated by practical activities, and due to the difference of people’s understanding of objective things with the development of history, the concept and extension of wealth can also be influenced. Through the theoretical perspectives of Marx’s philosophy, the evolution for the concept of wealth includes the transition between the object and the social relations, and the transition from the social relations to the humanology. From the view of the object, wealth has certain valuable belongings that represented by natural resources and products of labor. From the view of the social relations, wealth reflects the underlying relationships among the belongings. Form the view of the humanology, the development of wealth is an important requirement for the complete and free development of humankind. From the historical evolution of the three dimensions, the transition of the nature of wealth in practice can be found. Wealth was transformed as follows, from the pattern of value in use to the currency one, and to the value one eventually. There are close connection between wealth and the existence and development of humankind. And there is direct connection between wealth of Marx and the complete and free development of humankind. Through the investigation for the fundamental type, the historical trend and the practical development of human needs, it can be concluded that wealth confirms the practical essence of humankind and also improves the realization of human needs. Moreover, wealth is the demonstration and the verification of essential power of humankind and also the important prerequisite for the complete and free development of humankind. Facing to the new challenges in our society, such as value lost, moral decline and ecologic damage, we need to construct a series of scientific and people-oriented values, which should be embodied in the process of the creation distribution and consumption of wealth.
