The Effectiveness Of Our National Policy Based Family Of Political Integration

China is a unified multinational country, which composed of 56 nationalities,with the internal ethnic structure of "multiple" and "integration" coexist. "Pluralistic integration" shows the inconsistencies of nation and state,as well as the internal identity hierarchy. "Multiple" and "integration" is the dialectical unification, which will certainly produce certain tension, this is also the causes of the problem in a multi-ethnic country. Thus comprehensive coordination "multiple" and "integration" relations, effective political integration between multi-national country are the foundation of a country's development and operation. Implementation of the national policy is the basic way of coordinating ethnic relations and solving the nationalities problems. Ethnic politics in "seeking common ground" is to eliminate national barriers and hatred, to encourage exchanges and national interact study, to safeguard national harmonious unity and enhance the ethnic homogeneity,thus promote the homogenization of the Community. "Seeking the same" concept is a test of national policies on the effectiveness of the international basis for political integration. After a clear account of political integration in the perspective of Ethnic Nationalities policy,the paper then reviewed China's major national policyies, superficial analysis of the effective on political integration of ethnic policies internationalities, namely simultaneously the positive role of the internationalities integration and the negative effect. Then the thesis came to analysis the starting point of talking about to adjust the appropriate national policies to better promote ethnic integration of international politics, that is "seeking the same" testing the concept of national policy, developed the basic system, enhanced multi-ethnic inclusion, with the systems and policies to ensure that non of the main ethnic and national rights of the relatively backward and development opportunities for the ethnic differences and differences in cultural values provide enough political space. Adjusting the corresponding implementation of preferential policies to properly deal with friction between nations, thus to realize the harmonious,common prosperity and development, as well as promoting ethnic political integration.
