This paper focuses on the social interaction and cultural interaction between Uygur and Chinese students in the context of Uygur ethnic groups in S School,Urumqi,Xinjiang.Combining the theory of communication action with the perspective of educational anthropology,this paper clarifies the elements and conditions of communication in the context of the Min-Han schools,refers to the behavioral and psychological factors of inter-ethnic interaction based on the theory of inter-group contact and the theory of ethnic identity in a micro approach.The Min-Han school means a policy-led co-schooling,that allows different modules,in which the Han and the minority students could study with mandarin and minorities' languages in the same class or separately within one school.The interaction between individuals in the public space,that is in the school,can expand the application of social interaction theory and ethnic group theory at the micro level.It is of academic significance to develop the general communication principles of inter-ethnic interaction and the theoretical analysis framework of inter-ethnic interaction.And as a part of society,Min-Han school is not only a microcosm of society,but also an important starting point for different students' socialization.The interaction between institutions and society plays a special role in regional development,social stability and national unity.Comparing with the general research of interaction,this paper integrates the situational view of educational anthropology into the whole research and analysis process,and emphasizes the school system as a sub-unit of the social-cultural system.However,the interactive process of the educational process interweaves together on the inter-ethnic relations in the interactive context and its influences.In terms of the content and the structure of the article,the author first fully introduces and explains the source and internal considerations of the theoretical framework for which this study refers.In the main part,the author discusses the influence of the concrete implementation mode of the school and the ecological environment of campus culture as the communication background and place on the interaction between the symbol level and the practical level through the overall situation view.Then,the content,mode and depth of inter-ethnic communication psychology and communication behavior between students of different nationalities are described emphatically,and the systematic and individualized factors mainly based on class type are analyzed and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.This paper uncovers the positive role of Min-Han school in promoting inter-ethnic communication and ethnic relations,and emphasizes that the specific measures of educational system arrangement not only play a subtle role in ethnic education,but also in the construction of ethnic communication and ethnic relations.We should pay attention to the adaptability and fairness of the educational resources,represented by languages,to the students of different nationalities,and the superposition of the educational environment and the communication environment,for there is a close relationship between educational activities and social activities.The inter-ethnic communication in the micro environment has very individual,situational characteristics in terms of time,space and body.In the process of ethnic education,we should pay attention to the cultivation of psychological identity,value orientation and communication ability in order to help students adapt to their school life and social life better,and also to achieve good personal growing-up and manage ideal relationships and social supports.
