The Research On Legal Mechanism Of Marine Biological Resources Protection

Marine biological resources is the various plants and animals in the ocean and the environment for its survival combined. Due to excessive mining and no attention to protection and other reasons, the survival of Marine biological resources received great threat. The international community has signed a series of treaties and declaration, countries are formulate domestic law. All these international legal documents and domestic legislation constituted Marine biological resources protection legal system.Our country is very much dependent on resource of countries, with the further development of production, the limited land resources inevitably cannot meet the need of the society, therefore, the large-scale development of Marine resources is inevitable. To prevent the Marine resources development in the process of repeating mistakes in other countries, the author determines the choice in the protection of Marine biological resources law mechanism as master thesis topic, hoping little research achievements can do some help to our country while the process of using marine biological resources.Articles are divided into three sections, Preface, text and epilogue.The first part is "The connotation and the present situation of marine biological resources ".
