Study On International Legal Conservation Marine Biological Resources

Since the 15th century,due to overfishing,blind reclamation,industrial sewage and irrational exploitation and utilization of coastal tourism resources,the marine environment has been seriously damaged,the protection of marine living resources has faced severe challenges,and the protection of marine living resources has become an important issue at home and abroad.In this context,it is of great significance to explore and study the protection of marine living resources in international law for the sustainable development and utilization of marine living resources.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of domestic and foreign research status,in order to explore the research value and clear research direction of this paper from the research status quo.The second chapter analyzes the relevant concepts of international law protection of marine living resources,mainly analyzes the main concepts of marine living resources,international law,biodiversity,international law protection and so on,defines the connotation and extension of international law protection of marine living resources,which lays a solid foundation for further study of this paper.The third chapter classifies and analyzes the principles and regulations of the protection of marine living resources,and finds out the problems and deficiencies in the existing international law of marine living resources through the analysis of international law divided by waters and sources.The fourth chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the third chapter,combs and integrates the international legal documents of marine living resources protection,strengthens the international cooperation of international law protection of marine living resources,enhances the implementation of international law protection measures of marine living resources,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
