Research On Internet Privacy Issues

Privacy is a fundamental right of personality. It reflects the freedom and dignity of citizens. Internet privacy is a new concept based on traditional privacy. It is the privacy of the development of new products in the network environment. Privacy and Internet privacy are citizens on the control and use of personal information rights.The rapid development of computer information technology to people's lives had a profound impact. The Internet with virtual and open, which gives the protection of personal privacy challenges. Followed, the incident violated the privacy of Internet users are increasing. Accordingly, research and protection of online privacy is eager to solve the problem.For Internet privacy issue, this article discusses is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the basic content of privacy and Internet Privacy. And both of them are analyzed and compared. In the second part, the author detailed analysis of network status and responsibilities of privacy constitute infringement. And analyzed several common actions against the privacy of Internet users. The third section introduces America's self-discipline mode and the European Union legislation regulating mode. And the two kinds of protection modes are analyzed and evaluated. In the fourth section, I focus on analysis of the current status of legislation on the protection of privacy and Internet privacy. In the fifth part, on how to protect online privacy put forward some thoughts and suggestions.
