Study On Legal Protection Of Internet Privacy

This paper mainly uses empirical research methods, through three human search events to analysis a number of issues about privacy rights on the Internet. This paper includes four chapters. The first chapter through the typical human search events led to the subject of this paper. First, give a basic introduction to human search, then through the real human search events raise privacy rights protection on the network environment.The second chapter focuses on the problems about Internet privacy rights. Cited several major academic discourses on privacy defined the scope of the privacy and then combined with real network environment leads to an overview of Internet privacy. This chapter focuses on the scope of Internet privacy, noting the difficulties about human search judgment. Subsequently, analysis of the legal status of Internet privacy protection in today's China and compares with foreign privacy then conclusion that the most crucial problem about protection of Internet privacy is lack of Internet privacy laws.The third chapter discusses the elements of violations of Internet privacy and the relating human search events. First, analyzes elements of the violations of Internet privacy, then point that human search behavior whether legal or illegal is based on damage to people's Internet privacy is an objective fact, and the search whether the behavior of illegality, then discussed the custodial model of websites and related rights and obligations of related subjects. At the end, the author analyzed and summarized the typical human search for violations of the Internet privacy.The fourth chapter puts forward proposals about special legislation to protect Internet privacy, in particular, to define the scope of different mainstream network and the privacy of to establish officials Internet Privacy exception system, implementation of NRS to enhance citizen awareness of online privacy self-protection measures and so on.
