The Discussion Of The Relationship Between The CPY And The CPC 1923-1949

In the background of the domestic strife and foreign aggression in China, the Youth Party of China (CPY) established, and its guidance is "nationalist" ideas. The CPY's key claims includes: Counter-soviet anti-communist, National political, Against the Kuomintang's one-party dictatorship, Unity strength to anti-Japanese actively and so on. Once, it claims"Zap traitors inside, Resistant the power might outside", but its fundamental purpose is against Soviet and CPC.Since CPY's inception in 1923, it has experienced from the anti-communist and resistance against the Soviet Union to be actively in the Anti-Japanese War, then to follow the Kuomintang to oppose the Communist Party, and retreated to Taiwan finally. Generally speaking, the relationship of the CPY and the CPC is antithetical, but, the ease was appeared in some way in the period of the Anti-Japanese War.The antithetical relationship between the CPY and the CPC is main based on two aspects. Firstly, the properties, guidance ideas, and policies of the two parties are different. First, the CPY is on behalf of the right-wing of national bourgeoisie. But the CPC is a proletarian party, on behalf of the fundamental interests of the majority of the Chinese people. Next, the CPY believe in the "nationalist" ideas which against the Marxist theory, and consider the "nationalist" as its guidance ideas. But the CPC just embrace the Marxist theory. Then, the CPY and the CPC have different attitude and position in many aspects, such as the class and class struggle, the relationship with the Soviet Union, overthrow imperialism, the public leadership and so on. Secondly, the attitude of the Kuomintang with the CPY and the CPC is different. The relationship of the three parties has a reiterative change of"cooperation-against", but there are some differences generally. The Kuomintang once drew the CPY over to its side, in order to get rid of the isolated situation and strike the CPC. This affected the relationship between the CPY and the CPC objectively, enhance the CPY's Confidence and Decision to against the CPC in a way, and deepen the two parties'opposition.In the period of the Anti-Japanese War, the relaxation of the two parties can be attributed to some specific reasons. First, they both against the Kuomintang's one-party autocracy. Second, they both applied themselves to strive for a victory of the war. Third, they both requested to adopted constitutional democracy. In a word, the relationship between the CPY and the CPC is simple but also complex, it is important for many reasons, which need us to concern and understanding comprehensively during the course of our study.
