A Study On The Income Distribution Dispute Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations

As a prominent new problem, the income distribution dispute of rural collective economic organizations is influenced by various factors such as economic, policy and cultural tradition, etc. By analyzing from the view of economic, policy and cultural tradition, we can resolve this problem that harms the social harmony and stability of rural areas, can also promote the development and reform of rural areas. Meanwhile, as a difficult new problem that faces judiciary, the income distribution dispute of rural collective economic organizations reflects the problems that face the development of Rule of Law in China. Today, more and more people seek to resolve their disputes through legal means; however, judicial means can not resolve the income distribution dispute of rural collective economic organizations successfully. By analyzing of the reasons for the failure of judicial means, we can speed up the building of a socialist country under the Rule of Law.
