Once upon a time, the traditional imprisonment has been at the center of the punishment system throne. This paper tries to judicial practice the new conditions, combining research material and criminal law amendment (8) the latest revision, targeted of current system of suspension of existing analyzes some hot issues and puts forward some humble opinion, hope can play to promote lawmakers more in-depth perfecting the system of suspension of role.This paper total is divided into three parts. The first part of the system of suspension of main several basic theoretical issues were discussed, including the system of suspension system of suspension of the origin, definition and theoretical basis, the system of suspension from the value, and suspension system and probation investigation system is introduced and analyzed the two aspects of the main content of the suspension system. The second part is the key and difficult point in this paper. Combining research material and criminal law amendment (8) the latest fix this content, summarizes and analyzes the system of suspension of existing in the judicial practice several urgent need to address the hot issues, such as punishment for the suspension of can controversy and several crimes circumstances may apply the question whether the suspension of community correction, probation and relationship problems and some special crime types of probation suitable problem, etc. The third part is also the key and difficult point in this paper. Mainly aimed at the second part puts forward several hot issues, combined with the system of suspension of future development trends and fate by macro and micro, and put forward the pertinence of perfecting the system of suspension of some humble opinions.
