The Study Of The Use Of English Reading Strategies In High School

The public trust yet has several hundred years of histories, but in our country it is still an emerging thing. The domestic related research and literature material are missing, and as a public trust leave solder trustee in the study of the system is scarcer. Through studying the public trust, it can perfectly analyze the trustee's status quo of public trust. Then, referring to the trustee rules of Anglo-American law system and the continental law system country relevant public trusts, the two big laws of the trustee system shall be further introduced in detail. Meanwhile, comparing with the difference between the two big laws the trustee system, taking the China's relevant laws and regulations of China in consideration, this paper intends to bring up some proposal aims to the trustee qualification, rights, obligations, one of trustees-foundation,how to perfect and regulatory of our country's public trustee system, which will be benefit to the development our public trust.This paper will be stated from three parts: a) The present situation of our charitable trust system, b) The introduction of two big laws of the trustee system in the public trust, c) The perfection of our charitable trustee system.The present situation of our charitable trust system includes the following parts: the provisions'trustee qualifications of the charitable trust system is disobedient of the trust value; the defects of the system of public trust; especially, the legislation of public trust supervisor system is rare.The introduction of two big laws of the trustee system in the public trust mainly includes the trustee qualifications and the corresponding constraints, the rights and duties of regulation of the trustee, the supervision system, the foundation trustee of public trust in two law systems, and comparison of the trustee systems in the public trust between each other.The perfection of our charitable trustee system is basically to put forward some Suggestions how perfect our country's current public trust the trustee system. It include the trustee qualifications and the constraints in the public trust, perfection of right and duty of our public trust the trustee, improving the independence of foundation, furthermore, the construction of trustee supervision system,development of business public trust.
