Study On Food Recall System In China

According to the food safety accidents frequent, this paper is from food safety situation in our country by analyzing present food safety situation caused by the possible causes and serious consequences , to raises research purpose of this paper: to perfect our country food recall system.The theoretical foundation of this paper is our food recall system which is not perfect, and this system can't meet the objective requirement in guaranteeing food security. Basis on this point, from the center of food recall system, the food safety accidents and the food safety legislation, this paper discussed.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the present situation of food safety briefly, and analyzes the causes of the food safety problems in China; The second part combed the legislative reason of food recall system, the subject and object of food recall system; The third part emphasizes current regulations and it's deficiencies of our food recall system; The fourth part analyzes the food recall system of the United States and Australia, and points out their advantage which is good for us ; The fifth part puts forward several suggestions to perfect our food recall system. The innovation place of this paper: to formulate a unified law of products recall; Post food safety information regularly.In the process of writing, the author used the literature study, case cited and comparative analysis and generalization, and summarized the research methods, and insisted the core concept of perfecting our food recall system to prevent food safety accidents and protect the legal rights and interests of consumers.
