In recent years, food security has become the most important things faced by the current public health threats. Therefore, improve the food recall system is imperative. Face to the food safety issues, how to quickly and effectively the problem of food withdrawn from the market to maximize the protection of consumers rights, a national legislators eager to solve problems. China's Food Recall Regulation initially established a nationwide food recall system. However, due to the lack of higher-level laws, legislative ends and means of the defects, Food Recall Regulations have many problems in the means of the legal status and norms, food recall system appeared early in the establishment of the situation difficult to implement. The People's Republic of China Food Safety Law stipulates the 53rd of unsafe food recall system, this provision, although the legal system of China's food safety management of a big step forward, making up for the lack of higher-level laws, but the food in developed countries Compared recall system, there are still many loose ends.
