On Chinese Citizen's Right Of Supervision By The Public Opinion

Chinese citizen's right of supervision by the public opinion is the public supervision depending on the mass media,is the extension of the freedom of speech. The main aim is to supervise the work of government institusions,the act of well-known people and companies.There are more than 19,000 words in all and the thesis is divided into three parts.In part one ,we describe the basic knowledge of this right,such as its'concept ,characteristics .We also tell the construction of it ,the fundamental principles and those theories relating to it .In part two ,we introduces the relevant legal regulations and CCPC's strategies about this kind of constitutional right,the fruits of putting it into practice .Then we foucus on the many difficulties confronted by its'practising ,we also take a try to unveil the reason behind this obstacles.In part three ,according to the the many difficulties confronted by its'practising ,we suggest to establish a whole legal system to protect this kind of zitizen's right,and address some ideas of practical and possible meaning .The whole meaning of all this efforts is to maximize the functions of it ,that is to supervise the work of government institutions and maximize the benefits of every citizen.
