Henan In YuZhuang Administrative Villages In The Construction Of New Rural Area Elite Is Lacking

Rural elite is an important force in building new countryside, while a large number of rural elite in central and western China come to cities and coastal at present,stay in the village of "386,199 units",which caused serious influence on the region's new countryside construction. In this paper, an administrative village in Henan-A Case Study in Zhuanghang Zheng Village. Administrative village in Yuzhuang Is a typical working village,50-60% of the villagers go out to work. Elite missing is more serious and gradually develope "de-elite" and "hollow village,which become a serious obstacle to new rural village in the administrative construction progress. So study the absence of rural elite to China's current new rural construction has very important practical significance.At present, a group of rural elite of academic research hasn't systematic qualitative and quantitative analysis. The author cann't borrow any ready-made research material. Based on the marxism, the Mao Zedong thought,Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents" and the guidance of the scientific development concept, with the help of sociology, politics and social anthropology theory, follow the combining theory with practice principle,this paper select the Midwest underdeveloped region a typical administrative villages-as a case study in zhuang administrative villages,investigating the present situation of rural elite lack, analyzes the countryside elite missing profound reason, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure of rural elite absence, to promote the rapid development of new rural construction. This thesis divides five fractions.The first part is an introduction.It Introduces the background of the topic, meaning, the existing research results, related concepts, theory and the role of the rural elite, subjects and research methods.The second part focuses on the construction of new countryside in zhuang administrative villages in the lack of status and influence the elite. First, the rural elite possession of the author as a standard resource types, will be divided into political elite, economic elite and the social. Then the author investigate the present situation of the missing several elite, on this basis,discuss the problem of rural elite lack the impact of new rural construction.The third part focuses on analyzing the construction of new countryside in village administrative villages in the lack of elite. From the urban-rural gap, the elite flow mechanism, the scarcity of educational resources three aspects,this paper analyse in-depth the reasons for the lack of rural elites.The fourth part proposed solutions to rural villages in the absence of xiezhuang elite corresponding measures. According to the analysis of the reasons from the third part, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure about lacking the rural elite from creating conditions to attract the elite, perfecting the intra-village elite education,the reform of rural flow channels and so on.The last part is the conclusion. Rural Elites is an important force in building new countryside, whose plays an active role in new rural construction, but can not ignore its negative effects. We should give full play to the positive role of the construction of new countryside, and to avoid the negative effect of the construction of new countryside construction of new countryside, lest cause unnecessary influence.
