Rural Elite Erosion On The Study On The Impact Of Rural Governance

The study on elites in the rural society has always been a focus of Chinese rural society study. It has a very important meaning for Chinese rural society study, as China is a large agricultural country.Formal researches all studied rural elites in a fixed rural society but ignored the phenomenon of elites’moving out of the village. The outflow of rural elite has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the construction of new countryside, it leads to the advantage of the lack of labor in the development of rural production and the construction of new rural backbone of the main body of the void. To solve the problem of the loss of the rural elite, must take positive measures to achieve rural elite talent reasonable, rational flow.Therefore, this paper is to describe the status of the rural elite, the positive role of the rural elite in rural governance, and attempt to analyze the reasons why the rural elites outflow and the influence on various aspects in the villages, establish rural elite regression model, also cited the case of some of the rural elite regression analysis.The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts, the first part is theoretical introduction of elites and rural elites;The second part is the analysis of the current rural elite status in rural governance;the third part is the analysis of the reasons for the loss of the rural elite and its impact on rural governance;the fourth part is the investigation on the case of the return of the rural elite and the the analysis of rural elite regression.
