Comparative Study Of Three Generations Leadership Of CPC' Government Construction Thought

With the new era gradually deepening economic reform in China, the existing system ofthe government no longer meet the economic development and the requirements of the times,in order to achieve our great victory in socialist modernization, we must deepen the reform ofthe existing administrative system. The government construction theory of the threegenerations of leaders of our party is the result of numerous valuable asset test of practice, andmany of them still has a strong significance. The third generation of leadership development based on therequirements of the new era of our country, proposed to further transform governmentfunctions and promote institutional reform; efforts to build high-quality cadres; administrationaccording to law and building a law-oriented government; anti-corruption and create a cleangovernment.This paper based on the three generations of leadership of our party governmentconstruction thought investigated on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the similaritiesand differences. The leaders of three generations of our party of the same point ongovernment construction theory are : to serve the people wholeheartedly is the core of thegovernment building; have the same principle for the government construction; focus onbuilding a clean government; attention to the construction of administrative cadres.Differences include: the different time and environment; focus on the different governmentfunctions; different understanding on the relationship between democracy and the rule of thelaw. Finally, basis on the comprehensive analysis of three generations of leadership of ourparty government construction thought, concluded some enlightenment of construct service-oriented government in China: make serve the people wholeheartedly as the coreconcept for creating a service-oriented government; further deepening of the administrativesystem;improve administrative legal system,administration according to law; implementationof the e-government.
