Human rights experienced freedom as the core of the first generation of human rights, to social rights as the core of the second generation of human rights, and the second phase of the peace in the area of human rights, the right to development, and other third-generation human rights development process. Human rights as a principle of law or as a method of core values, human rights are always accompanied by a social structure and cultural background and the evolution of increasingly sophisticated. Migration freedom as a citizen of a fundamental rights is no exception.China's political, economic and cultural reform is an on-going, rapid development of China's economy continues, however, restrictions of the right to migration freedom of our citizens are becoming bound for China's economic development and one of the important factors. We should go along with the development trend of the times, while China's actual situation, giving citizens the right to migration freedom. Authors from the following three main areas discussed issues of realization of the right to migration freedom of our citizens.The first part discusses the connotation of the right to migration freedom. For the right to migration freedom of content, the author respectively discusses the concept of the right to migration freedom, nature, and changes of our right to freedom and historical background. Part II analyses the current situation of Chinese citizens the right to migration freedom and obstacle problems. Wrote five major elements: first, we focused on the theoretical aspects of law defects, and the second, analysis of cultural thought disorder, mainly from the discrimination of migrant workers sets out; the third area, noting that barriers to China's household registration system; fourth, analyses the obstacles to pension system in China; the fifth, citizens ' right to migration freedom of other obstacles in China. For example, education of children and medical insurance. The third part deals with citizens ' right to migration freedom of implementation measures. First of all, the authors point out that the right to migration freedom in China within the framework of constitutional protection; second, discusses China's household registration system reform; third, illustrates our social security system reform; finally, proposes to improve the rights of citizens relief system.
