On Realization Of The Right To Migration Freedom

Human rights experienced freedom as the core of the first generation of human rights, to social rights as the core of the second generation of human rights, and the second phase of the peace in the area of human rights, the right to development, and other third-generation human rights development process. Migration freedom as a citizen of a fundamental rights is no exception.China's political, economic and cultural reform is an on-going, rapid development of China's economy continues, however, restrictions of the right to migration freedom of our citizens are becoming bound for China's economic development and one of the important factors. We should go along with the development trend of the times, while China's actual situation, giving citizens the right to migration freedom.
