| As the important part of military spirit, morale stimulation is always regarded as the significant factors of affecting on the outcome of war all over the world. During the Korean War, while U.S military force was playing Steely battle, they also paid a great attention to spirit war. With the method of historical literature research, dialectic analysis, class analysis and comparative analysis, based on the domestic and foreign literature about the Korean War, by the author trying to sort out, sum up, analyze and conclude the relative historical research both at home and abroad, this essay is divided into three parts. Firstly, this essay analyzes the several objective factors which influenced and restrained the morale of U.S. military; secondly, this essay concludes the measures taken in the Korean War to stimulate the U.S. military morale, evaluates and analyzes the features and weaknesses of their behavior; lastly, by analyzing the current situation of Chinese military, inhering our good tradition and learning from the experience of U.S. military, this essay tries hard to propose the improvement suggestions for our Chinese morale stimulation in this information age so as to improve the work efficiency of Chinese military during the war. |
