Research On Mechanism Of Evaluation And Stimulation Of Student-Team Leaders In Military Academy

The management staff of a military academy is the main group in charge of management. As an important part of the staff, the student-team leaders group is responsible for the basic and critical positions in students training in the military academy. Therefore, research on the evaluation and stimulation mechanism of the student-team leaders becomes an vital part, as to build high quality student-team leaders group and cultivate large group of management talents and high quality new type military talents as well.This thesis researches on the evaluation and stimulation mechanism of the militaryacademy's student-team leaders, by combining survey research with cases and implementing thecombination of qualitative description and quantitive models. Firstly, based on the analysis ofcurrent condition of military academy's student-team leaders group, it researches on the existingproblems and causes in student-team leaders group, which further discloses the importance andimpendence of research on the evaluation and stimulation mechanism of the student-team leaders.Secondly, by research on the current evaluation and stimulation mechanism of the student-teamleaders, it analyzes the current condition, problems and causes of he evaluation and stimulationmechanism of the student-team leaders, which provides further research on the evaluation andstimulation mechanism of the student-team leaders with a stable foundation. Thirdly, it sets up acriterion system to evaluate the student-team leaders by AHP method, and demonstrates thepropriety and rationality of the criterion system by cases. Lastly, aiming at the problems existingin current evaluation and stimulation mechanism of the student-team leaders, it suggests stepsand method to complete the evaluation mechanism of the student-team leaders; aiming at thecurrent condition and demand of student-team leaders, it researches on the mechanism tocombine evaluation with stimulation; it provides with some detailed stimulation steps andmethods. The thesis' research contributes to the evaluation and stimulation mechanism of themilitary academy's student-team leaders theoretically and practically.
