Research On The Degree Of Command And Decision Under Conditions Of Joint Operation

Joint Operation under the conditions of information is characterized by the more precise attack,swifter combat pace and more frequent situation changes,which requires the command and decision transfering from extensive command to accurate decision.In order to adapt to the changes,and with the purposes of strengthening the adaptability of decision,enhacing the entire efficiency of decision,managing the dynamic balance of command,and improving the relative theories,this paper has put up the concept of the degree of freedom of command and decision under the condition of Joint Operation.The author of this paper goes along the way"concepts difinition-meaning excavation -restriction drawing-machenism announce-quantity application-realizing method"to carry out a precise exploration and research on this concept.On the basis of the restriction drawing,this paper has done a previous quantitive research on the degree of freedom of command and decision in Joint Operation,which weights a lot in the process of making decision for commanders in all levels.
