| Joint operational command management is the core of the success of modern joint operations wars.The joint operations process can effectively deal with management complex,like the multiple command objects present in command,multi-dimensional command level and dynamic and flexible command,which are of great significance for winning the modern war.At present,the researches on the command and control process of the joint operations mainly focuses on the design of the theoretical system framework and the presentation ability of the process model,and the dynamics of the command process are seldom discussed.However,in order to cope with the change of the operational process in response to the change of battlefield situation information,That is,to amend and supplement the changes in the original command process.Therefore,carrying out the dynamic technical research in support of the joint operational command process has important theoretical and practical values to improve the handling ability of changing battlefield situations and meet the requirements of efficient joint operational command.In this paper,aiming at the process dynamics,this dissertation bases on the process management system of the joint operations,and focuses on the key issues of WfMC metamodel improvement and process knowledge reuse.The main work and innovations are as follows:1)Two types of improvements to the WfMC workflow meta-modelIt is difficult to predict the change in the process execution stage,the static process definition often can not make a reasonable and complete definition based on the actual situation.Therefore,the process definition considers the process execution dynamics as the core of the process dynamics.In view of the above problems,two types of workflow definition metamodels are improved.The first type of improvement is to embody the activity during the execution of the process by adding black activities.The second type of improvement is to create a temporary group by adding personnel capabilities,With a focus on the five dynamic stages of the implementation phase,including "embedding predefined processes / activities in black activities","embedding undefined activity in black activity","embedding undefined processes in black activities"," Process adjustment at black activity level " and " ability-based dynamic task allocation ",and gives strategies of implementation except for the " embedding undefined processes in black activity"2)Design process knowledge decomposition method based on hierarchical task network strategyDuring the implementation phase,the "undecided process of black activity" is the process of redefining the process execution refinement.The redefinition of the process requires high redefinition of the staff profession,the time-consuming requirement definition is short,and even the process system is required to have higher robustness.In order to solve the above problems,this dissertation focuses on the reuse of process fragments and designs the "Process Knowledge" fragment.Based on the matching of process knowledge and background constraint,a process knowledge decomposition method based on hierarchical task network strategy is proposed to realize the automatic process generation when the process is executed.The key technologies in the method are studied,including top-down knowledge matching,HTN decomposition and bottom-up anomaly inversion,and the complete algorithm to support the system.This method improves the efficiency and abnormality of redefinition responsive flexibility.3)Realization of Joint Operation Planning Process of the U.S.ForceBased on the above research,this paper designs the realization of Joint Operation Planning Process of the U.S.Force by designing the command element organization,related data(products and tools),competency list and activities of personnel competing in the plan,Capacity and related data binding,and finally form a process fragment through the combination of activities,and then set the final target of the process fragment and the background knowledge to construct the process knowledge.Seat staff in the process of implementation or business management can input the current operating environment based on the goals and background constraints of the event,relying on the background contraints of the activity to quickly match the constraints of the corresponding knowledge of the process,the process of knowledge in the process of inserting segments into the original process and redefining.The rapid and efficient decomposition,effectively protect the orderly conduct of combat operations. |
